Walk around the Town

Yesterday we went for a walk around Lincoln to look at some of the oldest buildings and to compare 'old' Lincoln with 'new' Lincoln.

Daffodil Art

Here is some of our and other LPS classes  Daffodil Art on display at the Christchurch Hospital Oncology Ward.  Don't they look lovely and bright?  I am sure they are helping to brighten the day of those getting treatment.  Thanks Kate for sharing these with us.

Maths and Flight

Today T3R had fun making paper darts and measuring how far they flew using standard units.  There was a lots of excitement as planes made their way to their final destination.

A Few Of Our Favourite Things!

This morning we shared a few of our favourite things. We then completed either a define or describe map to show what we know about our favourite thing. Tomorrow we are going to make a list of keywords and find out some more information about our object.

Lincoln Library

This morning some of the librarians from Lincoln and Rolleston came to talk to us. We found out about all the different types of resources and activities we could access through the library. They also read us a story and played some games about books with us.
